Green Hills Software to Showcase Its Technology for Automotive Electronics Solutions at the SAE 2016 Convergence Conference

SANTA BARBARA, CA — September 12, 2016 — Green Hills Software, the largest independent vendor of embedded solutions, will showcase its forward-thinking technology for automotive electronics at the SAE 2016 Convergence conference, September 19 - 21, 2016 in Novi, Michigan. The company will demonstrate its latest innovations for creating and managing safety- and security-critical solutions for automotive and IoT devices in booth #210.

Green Hills Software product demonstration will include:

• Safety Instrument Clusters
  Green Hills Software will demonstrate the INTEGRITY® RTOS and INTEGRITY Multivisor™ platform for the Renesas R-Car H3, featuring fully accelerated 3D graphics utilizing the PowerVR™ GX6650 3D graphics processing unit (GPU) for an INTEGRITY-based digital instrument cluster. The instrument cluster receives prioritized access to the GPU to achieve 60 frames per second, while simultaneously sharing access to the GPU for applications running on a virtualized Linux guest operating system.
  
  
• Accelerated Embedded Graphics
  Green Hills Software will demonstrate the INTEGRITY RTOS for the Intel Gordon Peak Module Reference Board (MRB), featuring high reliability, high performance graphics. The automotive instrument cluster is running on DiSTI's GL Studio ES runtime environment with OpenGL 3D graphics acceleration from Intel's Apollo Lake SoC.
