At CES in 2022, Green Hills showcased the BMW iX all-electric SUV, which uses the safety-certified INTEGRITY RTOS to power its digital instrument cluster, parking assistant and other critical systems. BMW is among the dozens of car makers and suppliers that employ the RTOS' microkernel architecture to safely and securely consolidate a wide range of vehicle features onto a single processor with different levels of criticality.
