Polymap Wireless is using Green Hills Software’s velOSity™ RTOS on a Phillips ARM7 processor to develop wireless medical access points. These wireless access points are gateways that feed data from Bluetooth enabled medical devices to a data center via a modem. The access points are self-configuring and allow users to be monitored remotely without sacrificing security.
